Bubble waffles always bring me so much joy. They make me reminisce about a mini me in Taiwan lining up with my mom for a freshly made bubble waffle.
I find that when it comes to my childhood snacks I tend to gravitate towards what I’m familiar with, the flavors I grew up eating - the “classics”. The slightly crunchy shell and the light and fluffy center is exactly how I like my bubble waffles! You can build your own combo by selecting a bubble waffle, filling and toppings, or pick from one of their signature bubble waffles. The portions are definitely generous and a “small” is plenty to fill my belly.

Who knew cheese would go so well with bubble waffles?! I need to take a moment to gush about this amazing creation. The mac & cheese itself is creamy and cheesy with a generous sprinkle of bacon bits at the top. Mac & cheese is one of my favourite food to eat and Golden Bubbles created the perfect mac & cheese and bubble waffle hybrid!
